Pijat Oksitosin dan Produksi Asi Ibu

ASI Ekslusif selama enam bulan pertama direkomendasikan oleh WHO (2023) , hal ini dianggap makanan yang paling baik untuk bayi. Bayi yang tidak diberikan ASI secara ekslusif memiliki risiko kematian lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan mereka yang diberikan ASI Ekslusif. Salah satu penyebab gagalnya pemberian ASI disebabkan oleh tidak maksimalnya pengeluaran ASI pada awal setelah persalinan. Pijat oksitosin yang efektif dalam merangksang pelepasan oksitosin, pijat oksitosin dilakukan pada ibu nifas dan menyusui guna untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI sampai dengan 11,5 kali lipat. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui, metode penelitian Penelitin ini merupakan penelitian tinjauan pustaka, analisis penelitian adalah naratif deskriptif. Proses evaluasi pada jurnal menggunakan standar Preferred Reporting Items for Sistematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Data yang digunakan adalah berasal dari basis data Google Scholar dan PubMed antara tahun 2017 – 2025. Hasil penelitian setelah melakukan seleksi pada artikel yang didapatkan pada saat review artikel, terdapat enam artike yang memenuhi kriteria, dari keseluruhan artikel menunjukkan hasil bahwa pijat oksitosin berpengaruh terhadap jumlah produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui.
